Bring your own camp chair and arrive early enough to set up under one of our comfortable audience tents. We recommend sunscreen, comfortable shoes and clothing, and a poncho.
No, we are a rain or shine festival. Unless the festival itself is canceled, we cannot offer ticket refunds. You may give your tickets to someone else or write off the purchase as a contribution to Carolina Bible Camp & Retreat Center/CBCBF.
We will play in the rain! Our festival goes on, “Rain or Shine, It’s Gonna Be Fine!”
We have comfortable audience tents and several buildings plus porches from which you can enjoy the music. In the event of lightning, there will be a delay and we will ask every to take shelter in our buildings.
Yes! Just make sure you keep your wristband on.
SO MUCH! We have food, unique vendors, and adoptable pets from the Humane Society of Davie County. Visit the Carolina Bible Camp tent and get your camper on the list for camp! Visit the Artists’ Merchandise Tent to meet our artists and purchase their items. Check out the AGAPE of NC Kids’ Tent list of activities (at the festival and also HERE) for all the great free things for kids!
No, because this is a fundraiser for the Camp, we hope you will buy your lunch and snacks from us. We have plenty of delicious food available! Please do not bring outside food and drinks. If you wish, you may leave the festival and return, but keep your wristband on.
Yes, we do, and most of our vendors do, too. It’s always good to have some cash on hand, though.
No, as much as we LOVE pets, we only permit those that are bona fide certified Service Animals meeting Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. And if you have to have your pet fix during the festival, stroll to the Amphitheater to meet some adorable adoptables visiting from the Humane Society of Davie County. They will be happy to see you, too!
Yes, great idea! Our Hospitality Partners, the Mocksville Comfort Inn & Suites, and Mocksville Days Inn, are offering specially discounted hotel rates for the festival weekend!
If you would rather pull a camper, we have several spaces available on the festival campus. Please check with CBC Maintenance Director Jimmy Koontz at 336-408-1542.
We are a tobacco-free campus. You may leave the festival and come back – just keep your wristband on.
Yes, while supplies last, please come to the Information Tent where they will be available for $20.00. We can also take your name and pre-payment for pre-festival ($20.00) and post-festival ($25.00 to cover postage and handling) orders. For more information, contact Lisa Brewer at spchwoman@aol.com. Order early and pick up your t-shirt at the Information Booth the day of the festival!
Yes, at the Dining Hall. We also have bottled water for sale at the Canteen and Satellite Canteen.
Yes, we have those! Please come to our Information Booth at the flagpole. We even have a registered nurse and/or Family Nurse Practitioner on duty.
Visit www.ready2bid.com for information about our Carolina Bible Camp Bluegrass Festival auction to benefit the Camp. Download The Swicegood App and/or visit the camp’s Hexagazebo on festival day to view auction items. The online auction will begin about 10 days prior to the festival. Bidding will close at 4:00 p.m. EST on festival day.

Yes, with a handicapped tag visible on your vehicle, we will direct you to our designated parking. You will still need a folding chair (or your own wheelchair, if you use one) in our audience area. We do not have designated handicapped seating; it is all general admission, first come, first serve except for radio contest winners.
